hola,,,soy ivonne lapeyre,,,saben quien soy,,bueno he trabajado 30 o mas en miami,,broward,westpalmbeach,,hillsborough county,,brevard,ademas de collier county,,,and lee county,,,dade county has been my #1 place of sales and resales,,,i had many clients that came back to me over and over and over,,now i'm working with the granddaughters and i am still around,,i started in spanish,,but ended in english sorry but i will continue like this,,i am one honest example of the way Dade county and Broward,,has taken the crisis,,,well i honestly think it almost killed me and most of all my family,,,at the time that the crisis started i was purchasing or closing on a preconstruction building for office condos at 12595 sw 137th avenue,,,yes right there,,,i was sold by a recomendation on margarita iglesias to purchase the office,,,i thought it was a great deal $330,000,,,well,,,i closed with biscayne bank,,,i also moved my lapeyre realty account there~~~,,,since then i also had to invest in making the two offices i purchased 102 a and 102 b one of an inspiration,,,well the thiefs in miami,,,her name being mimi,,,a chinese lady that says she does constrution came in with the wife of a pastor,,that said with 5,000 they will do the total buildout,,,well it happenned that all was a lie,,,and after almost 37,000 spent and more and more headaches,,and a never ending story,,i was paying for two offices the one in miller and the one in tamiami my dream office,,,i also found out then and there that i was suffering from a pituitary tumor that i still have but then it was causing the effect of dizziness and more stuff,,,to continue i was sorrounded by horrible, dade county people threating me that i will have 3 fines etc,,to make the story short,,since then my life has been a living hell,,,i couldnt understand how people think you are rich until they steal until your last cent,,,,to continue with my horrible encounters with people,,,i had to do it all over again another 55,000 and demolishing the previous,, stuff,, all new permits again and again,,,after that i thought my nightmare was over,,,the firedepartment said that i needed more and more extinguishers,,,another 10,000,,etc,,ivonne lapeyre paying paying and paying,,,then while all this was happening i was feeling awful real awful ,,the money leaving and not money at all coming in,,,still i manage to pay all the 1099 s,,,commision advances,,,like if all this was not enough encounters with family,,the associates begging for deductions or better yet higher splits,,didnt want to pay for the storage fees etc....well finally it took two years of hell or more but i had the most beautiful office i had never seen,,,,,then what happenned? paying and struggling to pay the mortgage on the office condo,,biscayne bank decides to freeze my lapeyre realty account,,and greenwich village condo decides that even if i paid they dont want me to release or they want to stay with the condo office....tomorrow will know what will happen i'm going with my attorney a decent person like no other jesus rodriguez~~,,i have to mention that out of all evil i met justo torres and jesus rodriguez were the best people that until now,,,try to help,,,in the mean time,,,all sort of con artists came to my office,,first someone that i thought was my friend said he had a way to obtain 2millions dollars no money down,,no credit check no income checkk,,out of desesperation,,,i paid him 21,000 which i need badly right now,,then my second thief,,,soomeone that said fix credit and stole 72,000 dollars that i advanced for my clients,,,i suspected something wrong,,,well,,finally i had to throw him out,,,another lady pretty important ask me for 13,000, i did also the money has not being paid....another 5,000 that was stolen,,well,,let me tell i would have preffered to die than to suffer like i did on 2008 and 2009 and 2007,,its being hell~~then,,,commodities came to my life and nothing so far,,,more stealing more stealing more conartists and now another freeze of my heloc accounts,,,~~i will never give up ,,but my husband hardly talks he is totally in shock,,,my brother in law this saturday called me horrible names i dont even now why,,but i know one thing i got to be strong and smarter than others,,or wiser,,i just published this in this my blog,,for you to learn from my mistakes,,please dont lend money to anyone,,give it away,, you wont get it back,,,,Also last but not least i met a kenneth la grave,,he says that he will buy all of our properties and i introduced him to manny of my clients,,,so far before he gets me in some trouble i want you all to know that he has not provided me with contracts or money or anything at all,,,i suspect another loss their,,,in the mean time while all this was happenning,,,i was offer by a realtor in barl harbol and another mortgage broker and supposedly tax accountant a way of modification of irs,,perfectly legal i can get money back etc etc,,,you want to know what is happening now,,,i will probably have to pay a fine and hopefully i hope i can avoid jail,,,,this people changed the irs forms signed for me ,,got all my information and now i have a vogous i dont know what huge problem with the irs,,,,problems continue and continue and everyday i'm left without recourses to handle the problems,,i need to vent this because this system hasnt work either,,,all the insurances froze,, my mother life insurance froze or cancelled and right now,,,even the credit card protection was a fraud.. i have to denounce all that has happenned,,we cant survived to all the con artists in miami ,, liers and thiefs,,its too much too much~~~~~~now at the end of all,,god bless me with the news that my only child will have a baby,,recent news,,and my business bloomed like never in my life ,,now we are showing big signs of succes with short sales,,,,but what if i cant save my gorgeous office even thou i have the money to pay the office and the maintenance,,,well the office i owe 247,500 is probably worth 50,,000 or less and my house is worth 180,000 now and i owe 450,000,,well i almost had all my homes paid for,,,any suggestions ,,i need ideas,,my best friend is like my husband is in shock,,people are acting weird,,at least i'm saying things venting,,but others are hiding their problems not talking,,loosing all their homes cars,,etc,,now i have work,,,the spanish song YO NO SE MANANA is appropriate now~~isnt it,,,but maybe after all I WILL SURVIVE ,,,nevertheless i can tell you now that god helps me and is always guiding me and i am very strong...WINNERS ARE NOT QUITTERS AND QUITTERS NEVER WIN,,,PERO ME TIRARON A MATAR~~~
